- The Exile
The Exile will give the Energy Recharge +20%. If Amber uses the Elemental Burst, it will regenerate 2 Energy for all party members every 2 seconds for 6 seconds. Its effect cannot stack as well.
Those are all best artifacts that you can use for Barbara. Aside from them, there is also an alternative artifact if those cannot give the high damage in the battle. The alternative artifact for Barbara is Scholar. Well, the primary status of this artifact is HP/ Healing Bonus. If Barbara uses this artifact, it can give the Energy Recharge +20%. By gaining the energy, it will grant 3 Energy to all group members who have a bow or catalyst. It can only occur once every 3 seconds.
