Here are five endings for Barbara’s hangout event:
Ending 1: Untimely Enthusiasm
Sister Victoria’s Vexation -> Sudden Shouting -> Albert Never Gives Up
Need to know, this is one of the worst endings for Barbara hangout. To get this ending, in the first dialogue choice, you have to choose “Just wait here…”. After that, you will need to speak to Albert. It does not matter whether you ask him about the fan club or the berries, however in the dialogue option after that, you need to select either it is dangerous here or Barbara is not here anymore. Next, you are able to select whatever dialogue option you like. You are going to follow Albert once he walks around looking for Barbara. Accessed via the “Deaconess’s Gratitude” story path, to unlock this ending, you have to first choose “I would like to try your special Chilibrew!” after returning from Wolvendom. Then, you have to choose “Alright, let’s split up” before heading to discover the ingredients required for Barbara’s chilibrew. After helping and rescuing the merchant from the treasure hoarders, you have to choose that you want to try that Liyue Chilibrew as your reward to unlock the ending.
Ending 3: The Taste of Hard Work
Deaconess’s Gratitude -> Barbara’s Home-Made Chilibrew, Knight and Deaconess, Ready for Battle -> Home-Made Chillibrew. Or Deaconess’s Gratitude -> The Second Chilibrew Ingredient -> Healing is My Job
You are able to get this ending through two routes. If you select to drink Chilibrew, and go together to look for ingredients, and also agree to help heal Uwe, you have to go with Barbara in search of herbs. Ending 4: Incompletely Cured
Deaconess’s Gratitude -> The Second Chilibrew Ingredient -> Ulterior Motive
If Barbara asks you what you want to drink, then you have to select a special Chilibrew. She will ask you about searching for ingredients; say you want to stick together. Agreeing to split up will be able to take you on an alternate path to the endings below.
Once you head off and kill some Hilichurls, you are going to see a man named Uwe asking for healing. Regardless of what you say to him, Barbara will ask you to watch him while she looks for herbs to heal him with. If you tell her he is a suspicious character, Uwe will fight you. After that, Barbara tells you she is worried about you.
Ending 5: A Holiday in Mondstadt

When Barbara asks you what you want to drink, you have to select ‘sparkling tea’. You meet up with Barbara later and try to rescue her from some fans. When speaking to her fans, selecting the second dialogue option is optimal. Selecting the first option decreases her hearts, but you will still get the ending.
