You have to make sure that you use Frostgnaw until you arrive at Heart Island.

Kaeya as a Cryo Character Which Is Used to Go To The Heart Island

The Cryo character like Kaeya is used here to find the Heart Island because he will be able to use his elemental skill to make a way to the island. He will freeze the water so that he can reach the Heart Island.

In the game, he is one of playable characters and you are able to receive him for free in the Prologue Act: I The Outlander Who Caught the Wind. This prologue happens during the quest Crash Course.
The full name of Keaya is Kaeya Alberich and he is a male. His birthday is on November 30th and his constellation is Pavo Ocellus. This character was released on September 28th, 2020 and you are able to obtain this character by completing Crash Course, through Wish in Wanderlust Invocation and Paimon’s Bargains.
Kaeya is described as a confident and charming character. He has a flair for the dramatic. Sometimes, you may see him as overly laid-back. The charm that he has is usually used by him as a way to get information on the people around him. Often, he does it with criminals and thieves. After that, he will decide whether he needs to arrest them or allow them to walk free. Besides, Kaeya likes making people get into high stress situations and also challenge their values. Now, how about the appearance of Kaeya? As you are able to see that he has tan skin. His eyes are blue-lilac and he has the same pupils which are diamond-shaped as Dainsleif and the Unknown God. His hair is dark turquoise and he makes it short. There is also a long rat tail and there is a streak of lighter hair to one side. He has bangs and his right eye is covered with it. On that right eye, Kaeya wears an eyepatch. According to him, it is inherited from his grandfather who was a pirate. It seems that this thing is a lie.
