Genshin Impact Geoculus Locations
You will be able to find Geoculus in the Liyue Region. Some Geoculuses are easily visible and accessible. Some of them will be hidden. And some of them need to be unlocked before they are able to be collected.
Location 1
You have to climb the cliff and top, then you will find another stone. Please climb the stone and jump to get missing Geoculus.
Location 2
Geoculus hidden underneath the wooden bridge. It will only be visible once you swim underneath it.
Location 3
Missing Geoculus is right above the stone. But, you cannot reach it with a simple jump. You need to use your Geo skill to make a scaffold and then use it to get Geoculus.
Location 4
You need to access it by jumping off from a nearby cliff. Geoculus is hidden between the trees, however you cannot access it if you are on the ground.
Location 5
You have to drop into the waterfall chasm. Then, look for a small cave opening with another rock protruding over it. Geoculus is inside that cave.
Location 6
When you are out of the cave, you have to go straight through a small opening in the rocks. Geoculus will be in front of you. Please keep climbing until you get it.
Location 7
Missing Geoculus is inside the cave to the left.
Location 8 and Location 9
You will be able to find Geoculus on the side of the cliff. You need to access them by gliding down to them from the top. When you are on the ground, it may be difficult to collect them.
Location 10
You need to use Kaeya to freeze the water. Thus, you do not need to swim all the way to the island. Geoculus is on top of the tower in the middle of the island.
Location 11
You are able to jump from the tallest cliff and glide down to the ship. After that, you have to glide towards one of the sails of the boat and climb up. Missing Geoculus is at the highest point of the ship.
Location 12
You have to destroy a relic on the nearby cliff and a path will rise up, leading you to missing Geoculus. Please use your Geo abilities again and make a scaffold to jump and get Geoculus.
Location 13
To locate this Geoculus you have to complete a puzzle first. Please look for nearby opponents, defeat them, and activate a nearby relic. When you activate the relic, the water level will drop and reveal another relic. You have to destroy 3 nearby minerals to light up the small towers surrounding that relic. Next, activate the relic, and the water level will drop even more to utter Geoculus.
Location 14
You have to climb the tallest cliff around you, and you will find a relic on top. Around that relic, there are three birds that you must rotate towards the relic. All these birds are located on different cliffs. You are able to see them shining if you look around. You are able to see them shining better at night. After you are done rotating all three of the birds, just head back to the relic. Please use it to reach the highest point in the game and collect Geoculus.
Location 15
To unlock this Geoculus location, you have to complete the “The Chi of Guyun” quest. Just fight the Ruin Hunter and activate three yellow stones in the vicinity. Once you are done, go talk to Granny Ruoxin in Qingce Village. She will help you find the missing fragments. Those fragments are going to open the gate leading to Geoculus. But, you have to fight some adversaries before.
Location 16
You need to solve a puzzle before you are able to get this Geoculus. There are four lamps in the area. You need to light them and then activate the relic. After that, look for spirits in the vicinity and use them to activate the statues surrounding Geoculus. When all of them have been activated, you are able to collect Geoculus.
Tips to find missing Geoculus
Here are some tips to find the missing Geoculus easily:
- Tip 1: Use the online map.
Developers of Genshin Impact provide you the map. Thus, you will be able to access the map that will show you the location of all the Geoculuses currently available on the map. Simply, you are able to use the map side by side while you are in the game to get all Geoculuses.
- Tip 2: Height matters
You are able to fly, swim, and explore the underground in Teyvat. Usually, the map is only a 2D representation of the continent, so you might be missing Geoculuses depending on your altitude. Several Geoculuses are located high up in the air while others are hidden underground. If you have trouble collecting all Geoculuses, you have to try changing your altitude and looking at the minimap again. This is going to show the location of some hidden or hard to reach Geoculuses on the map.
- Tip 3: Use a walkthrough
When you have collected Geoculus that you have been unable to find, now you are able to get back to your game and close the walkthrough to maintain the entire experience of your gameplay. You have to avoid going through all walkthroughs and also following them for the entire game.
- Tip 4: Keep an eye on Minimap
When you are close enough to a unit, a disappearing icon for Geoculus may appear on your mini-map that will help you find the item easily. This disappearing icon is going to vanish from your mini-map if you stray too far away from the location of that particular Geoculus.
