If your iOS is 14 or higher, you will be able to connect your device to some controllers such as Xbox Wireless Controller (Bluetooth Version), Xbox Elite Series 2, PlayStation DualShock 4 and iOS specialized Bluetooth controllers.
How to connect your controller to your iOS device? You have to connect your controller first either via Bluetooth or USB. After that, you have to access the Settings Menu and then go to the Controls. Using Controller for Android in Genshin Impact
miHoYo announced that they will give the ability to use controllers on iOS so that players will be able to play Genshin Impact using controllers on their iOS. Now, how about the users of Android? However, you are able to use the third party app to support controllers in your Android.

- The first step is you must download the Octopus App from Google Play Store.

If yes, you are able to do that by changing the opacity settings from the similar interface that you used for mapping the game keys.
Using Controllers on Genshin Impact PC
If it comes to PC, it is very easy for you to use controllers. How to use a controller in Genshin Impact PC? You have to set it up first. You are able to set up controllers through USB cable. You have to plug your controller into the USB port of your PC so that it can be recognized. Do you know how to do that? If not, you are able to follow the steps below.
