It can be unlocked at Ascension 4. When casting Starward Sword, the CRIT Rate of Keqing is increased by 15%. Her Energy Recharge is increased by 15%. This effect can last for 8 seconds.
- Land’s Overseer
It can be unlocked automatically. Time consumed is reduced by 25% when dispatched on an expedition in Liyue.
