What is Genshin Impact’s Lantern Rite Festival?

The quest will become available at the same time.
Also, there are other events including Stand By Me that rewards the players with a free character will continue over the course of Version 1.3. The Stand By Me event allow the players to get any Liyue four-star character like Xinyan, Beidou, Xiangling, Ningguang, Xingqiu, and Chongyun freely.
The second phase of the Lantern Rite Festival, “Currents Deep Beneath The Lanterns” begins on February 14 at 4 a.m. Eastern. While the third phase of the Lantern Rite Festival, “Light Upon the Sea” will begins on February 18 at 4 a.m. Eastern. It means that the Lantern Rite Tales event will begin when the current Five Flushes of Fortune event ends on February 10th. Therefore, it will continue all the events associated with the Lantern Rite Festival and Version 1.3.
The newest version of Genshin Impact will last around six weeks. It means that the events associated with the Lantern Rite Festival will continue until Version 1.4 arrives in March. This is effectively a tower defense game where you need to stop three rows of monsters from destroying your Leyline core. You are able to play this mode in single-player or co-op.
