Genshin Impact has become a trend since its release in the late September. Everyone loves the visuals that looks like an anime. Apart from that, this one also offers unlimited adventures in a super wide world.

The name of the world in the Genshin Impact game is called Teyvat. In the game, a player will play as a character who finds out where the brother is. Along the journey, they will obviously go to a lot of places and collect some different kinds of items. The problem is, Teyvat is huge. It will take you a long time to explore it. In addition, this world of Teyvat is divided into seven regions, in which of them is also very large.

Fortunately, there is a thing named the interactive map. The interactive map of Genshin Impact makes it easier for you to find the location of enemies, anemoculus, geoculus, ore, plants, and shrines. As for the materials, the map will display the location where you can find groups of them instead of listing each single one.

3. Genshin Impact Map: Plants
Genshin Plants Map (Open the image to ZOOM size)

There are a lot of plants in Genshin Impact and each of them is located in different place. In this page, the first main focus is Dandelion Seeds that have some functions such as for some different kinds of recipe, ascensions, and commissions. This type of plant can grow freely in the game, but some places exist for you to visit if you want to farm some of the seeds for yourselves. Actually, it is an easy quest so there is nothing to worry. The hard part is finding and harvesting. If you know where to find these and know the way to harvest them from the plants, everything will be smooth.

You are able to find dandelions mostly in the regions of Mondstadt. Every day, some dandelions spawn on the gates of the city. Apart from that, you can also discover them in a temple nearby Mondstadt. There is another place that you can visit to look for the dandelion seeds. This one is located in the area between Dawn Winery and Stone Gate. The path of the land is full of some dandelions.

The second one is called Qingxin Flower. If you want to find this kind of plant, you can just go to the Bubu Pharmacy that is located at Liyue Harbor. Once you found the Bubu Pharmacy in the game, the plant can be found easily. First of all, you will have to get close and talk to Herbalist Gui. You are allowed to buy 10 of the translucent white flower by spending 600 coins each. According to the local specialty of Liyue, Qingxin flowers can only grow on the highest stone peaks as you can read from its description that says “eschews the warmth and moisture of the plains to gaze out afar from the solitary mountain tops”.

The Bubu Pharmacy is not the only location to get the Qingxin Flowers. They are also available to be farmed in the wild. For those who are interested in farming them in the wild, the recommended places to find them include Jueyun Karst and Guyun Stone Forest. Beside these two, there are also some areas and locations of the world map of the game to find them. those are Wuwang Hill, Lingju Pass, Mt. Aozang, Mt. Hulu, and Qingyun Peak.

Another example of plants in Genshin Impact is Glaze Lily. In order to find them, you will need to go to the northern section right outside Qingce Village. The interactive map of the game usually marks all the locations. There is a light blue color of Glaze Lily. It also has a yellow center. All the colors make them easier to be spotted on. When you find them when they are full bloom, you will be able to see the uniqueness of that area.

4. Genshin Impact Map: Shrines
Genshin Plants Shrines (Open the image to ZOOM size)

There are a ton of locations that you can visit and explore in the Genshin Impact game. There is a kind of landmark that probably becomes your main focus. This one is known as the Shrine, which is also popular as the Shrine of Depths. You will be guided to find them quickly.

There are several Shrines that are spread across the world of Teyvat. Some of them can be found in the Mondstadt region while some are hiding away in the Liyue region.

The interactive map of Genshin Impact is pretty simple and everything is told. Each location of the Shrine of Depth is within it. Keep in mind that every star that is displayed on the map is the location of one of the Shrines. Once you get close to them, they are not that hard to see and even you zoom it out, the map should be okay. The Shrine of the Depths on the map might look plain with buildings that look square but their mysterious power makes them glowing.

It is worth it to find each Shrine of Depths, as it has a Luxurious Chest inside once it is opened. The reward includes 40 Primogems that can take you to the next gacha banner draw. Aside from that, some other rewards include 60 Adventure EXP, a random selection of weapons and artifacts, and 10 Sigils. The whole process is basically nothing but tracking down the Shrine and opening it.

The actual process of getting those rewards is not actually tracking down the Shrine, it is opening the Shrines that requires a key. The needed key is the one that can break the seal on the ancient Shrine of Depths that are spread around the world of Teyvat.

There are two variations of the key, which depends on the region. The first one is the blue-tinted, wind-themed Mondstadt Shrine of Depths key and the second one is golden, earth-themed Liyue Shrine of Depths key. Apparently, two of them are available in similar ways and they are show up as rewards or drops from specific kinds of content. In the beginning of the game, you will be able to get the Mondstadt Shrine of Depths one by finishing a quest to upgrade the Statues of the Seven in Mondstadt to level 6. For those who have no idea, the quest is an early Adventure Handbook Chapter 4 one, so it is like your starter key. Here are the other methods to unlock more keys:

The locations of Mondstadt Shrine of Depths key:

  • Domains: Acension Domain (Ascend: Clear the Ruins – gives 3 keys), Eagle’s Gate, Temple of the Falcon, Temple of the Lion, Temple of the Wolf
  • Adventurer Handbook: Chapter 4 – Upgrade the Mondstadt Statues of the Seven to Level 6, Chapter 5 – Open 100 Quests
  • Quests: New Horizons of Adventure (from Katheryne at the Adventurer’s stand in Mondstadt)

The locations of Liyue Shrine of Depths key:

  • Domains: Domain of Forsaken Ruins, Domain of Wayward Path, Hidden Palace of Guizang Formula (2 keys, for 2 different levels)
  • Quests: The Chi of Guyun, Treasure Lost/Treasure Found, The Tree Who Stands Alone

With higher level content, it is possible for multiple keys to drop. All of them are region exclusive. On the other words, each of them is able to be only unlocked in that region.

About The Interactive Map of Genshin Impact

As per January 26, 2021, there are two giant regions in the game named Genshin Impact. The first one is Mondstadt and the second is Liyue. Mondstadt is the one nation that looks like a medieval era with a castle and castle town. As for the latter one, it is crowded coastal city. The whole concept of Liyue is taken from the Asian architecture.

The amount of the things to do and stuff to collect in the Genshin Impact game is no joke. The good news is that the interactive map is offered for the world that is already exist. This kind of thing is really helpful for the players to keep up with everything on the map, including showing them the locations to find minerals, plants, and insects in the overworld. As miHoYo keeps adding more and more playable characters to the game, it is a must for you to know where the useful items are located as they are able to be used to upgrade equipment and Ascending characters. That being said, the interactive maps of Genshin Impact are totally useful source and tool.

Way to Use The Interactive Maps in Genshin Impact

The interactive maps, just like the Genshin Impact world has, have the ability to track overworld collectibles such as minerals and plants. They are also provide the information about specific enemies spawn. Aside from that, collectibles like Anemoculus and Geoculus are also shown on the map, making it possible for you to find them easily in the game. The “interactive” term of the map refers to the easy method that you can use to choose Anemoculus or the other collectible. Once you have discovered one in the game, you are able to mark it. Marking is recommended to remove the icon from the interactive map. On the other words, you will not go looking for the one that you have already found.

Using the Genshin Impact interactive map requires you to make an account. Actually, it is not the only way as you are also able to sync it to your Google account. After syncing it, the map will track the progress that you are currently doing. It obviously makes it easier for you to see the collectibles that are still available, the Shrines that you still have to be cleared, and even the Statues that you need to accustom. Due to the fact that the game keeps coming updating and keep coming with something new, the so-called interactive map will be really useful to keep track of everything.

Apart from that one that is provided by the representative of Genshin Impact the game, there are also a lot of interactive maps that are especially made by the players themselves. One of the examples is called Genshin Impact World Map. In order to keep alive and to keep improving, this kind of thing relies on donations, so those who use them need to consider at giving a small move, which is donating, to the creators. The donations are worth spending as these maps will help you to explore the world of Teyvat much easier. On top of that, it is also possible for these maps to make the game more enjoyable.
