As stated before, miHoYo is the name of the company that was founded in 2012 by three students from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. At that time, all the students decided to develop games based on their addiction of anime. Guns Girls is one of their most popular games that was released in 2014. Since then, they have had success providing games that are based on anime. Everything is appealed to customers solely on the mobile platform. Some of the games that they made found success in Asia, but they would reach global popularity until the release of Honkai Impact 3rd. Genshin Impact is known as their recent most popular game.
