Rosaria is the type of woman that looks a bit intimidating. She has a rather unorthodox idea of piety. As described by Kaeya, she is so honest with herself. She does not like the discussion with the topic that can make her bored and she also does not like to work overtime. A character named Fischl was a witness of her cursing out someone in the Barbatos’ name. it is practically a sign the piety of her.
Without seeing her position in the church, Rosaria looks lazy if you see it on the surface. She loves to refuse attending a choir practice with her siblings because she thinks it is boring. She loves Mondstadt way too much and cares about its safety. She will do everything to make sure that there are no threats in to the city. Just like Fischl, she has a good intuition as she can guess that Albedo has ulterior motives at hand, even if he appears to show otherwise.

Rosaria is a tall woman that is blessed with ghostly pale skin. Her shaggy hair has a wine color. It is short if you look at it from the back and some strands in her bangs have a darker shade. Rosaria keeps showing serious expression with sharp eyes and pale pink irises. There are also some visible dark bags under her eyes.
The outfit of Rosaria is the one that is usually worn by nuns, consisting of a long white and black coif with red lining. She also wears a white sleeveless turtleneck top and long white gloves, a black and red long slit that shows her right leg and her left leg is also completely revealed with her upper thigh wrapped in black belts and black fishnet tights with silver high heels. To make her appearance more perfect, she adds multiple silver and white gold accessories that are there with red gems. The most interesting is a silver tiara on top of her coif. Some other items include a silver pendant on her white top, a white gold brooch on her left shoulder and left hip, some silver claw rings on her fingers, and a small silver censer that is tied to her right wrist with a long piece of black cloth.
