Thundering Fury is considered as one of the best Electro sets in the game by miHoYo called Genshin Impact. This one offers +15% Electro damage bonus and an even better 4-Piece bonus. Talking about the bonuses, apparently, the set comes with two great set effect bonuses. Both the electro damage and the damage that is caused by the elemental reactions like Overloaded, Superconduct, and Electro-Charged are empowered.

If you want, you are able to trigger the elemental reactions. To do so, you can just combine the elements. To get the Electro Charge, the ones that you have to combine are Electro and Hydro. If you are aiming Overloaded, please combine Electro and Pyro. And if you want to get Superconduct, Cryo and Electro are the ones that you must combine.

Thundering Fury is best for any Electro characters, especially Lisa, Fischl, and Razor, due to its x2 piece effect that gives an electro DMG bonus. Plus, its x4 set piece effect can increase the damage that is caused by the elemental reactions such as Overloaded, Electro Charged and Superconduct. Basically, this one is also good for the team compositions that are based around Electro Elemental Reactions such as Electro Charged, Superconduct and Overload. The reason is because its 4-Piece bonus offers a main +40 damage increase on them. In addition, the Elemental skill cooldown is decreased whenever you do it.

Despite being one of the less popular artifact sets, you can consider Thundering Fury if you are using the electro element characters and if you want to empower their electro DMG or empower the damage that is caused by the elemental reactions that have been mentioned above.
