Where to find Thundersoother artifact set?

For those who want to go farming for it, the Thundersoother artifact set is located in Midsummer Courtyard, up in Starsnatch Cliff in Mondstadt. To have an opportunity at pulling any artifacts from the Thundersoother set, the players have to run the Domain at 4th level or above.
