In Genshin Impact, you are able to get Unswerving trophy by opening the chest in the middle of the heart-shaped rock formation. It means that you have to access the Heart Island first. You can find it in the south east beside Liyue in the ocean.
To access the Heart Island, you are able to use the Clover Fan near Geo Hypostasis. You are able to access the island by releasing wind or anemo attack to the 4 leaf clover fan which can be found on the left of the elite boss Geo Hypostasis. Then, it will call an upcurrent which will make you flying. When you are flying, you can head to the island.
Alternatively, you are able to use Cryo characters where they have ice ability. This ability is useful to freeze the water so that it can be your way to reach the Heart island or Heart Rock formation. Kaeya can be used by you at this point. This character is one of the free characters and easy to access in Genshin Impact. After you choose Kaeya, make sure that he uses his elemental skill namely Frostgnaw. This skill will be used to freeze water between the beach where you are standing and Heart Island so that you can walk on it to reach the Heart Island. After that, there will be a luxurious chest which spawn in the heart rock formation. It is important for you to know that this chest does not respawn which means that it can only be obtained once.
