The first thing that should be done to find the Lotus Head is to visit a thing called Luhua Pool because it is found in the water bodies. Then, you will have to go to the locations in the wild near the lakes and rivers to locate the Lotus Head in them. Basically, they are mostly available in the Liyue area.

Buying from the Bubu Pharmacy is best if you want to get them as soon as possible since it is an easy and quick way.
For everyone who is planning to stock Lotus Heads but you do not feel like wanting to collect them by hand and also do not want to go to Liyue Harbor to buy them from Bubu Pharmacy, fortunately, there is another way to get the Lotus Heads. This last one is through the expeditions. If you are interested in it, this one works by sending out one of your characters to Guili Plains and Dunyu Runs. Doing so will reward you 12 Lotus Heads each. Do remember to use a character that you do not want to use as your main, especially in combat because while they are in the expeditions, it is impossible for you to use them. - Qingce Stir Fry: x3 Mushroom, x2 Lotus Head, x1 Jueyun Chili, x1 Cabbage
- Streaming Essential Oil: x1 Frog, x1 Lotus Head
The Jewelry Soup is so good at increasing the DEF of all party members. With the Lotus Seed and Bird Egg Soup, you will be able to reduce the stamina that is reduced by sprinting for all (20 to 35%). Qingce Stir Fry can be used to boost the ATK. In general, this certain item of the Lotus Head in the game is really important. Currently, there is no use of any Character Ascension or Weapon Ascension.
Lotus Head refers to the small aquatic plant in the game called Genshin Impact, which is usually able to be found near small to medium pools of the water in the Liyue region that is used in Alchemy and cooking.
